Breezell Community Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Breezell Community (the “Community”), which includes official forums, discussion boards, public issue and feedback channels, Skill sharing areas, sample repository comments, and other public spaces operated or endorsed by Breezell.
By accessing or participating in the Community, you agree to these Community Terms of Service (“Terms”), which form part of Breezell’s overall legal framework together with its Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Service Level Agreement & Support Policy, and main Terms of Service.
2. Community Purpose
The Community is intended for professional developers and engineering teams to exchange technical knowledge, discuss workflows, share experiences, and provide product feedback.
The Community is not a commercial support channel and does not constitute professional, legal, or operational advice.

You grant Breezell a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use such feedback for product improvement, documentation, marketing, or other lawful purposes, without compensation.
6. Payment
Access to the Community is provided free of charge.
These Terms do not govern any paid services, pricing, or refunds, which are subject to separate agreements.
7. Term and Termination
These Terms take effect upon your first access to the Community.
You may stop participating in the Community at any time.
Breezell may immediately suspend or terminate your Community access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Confidentiality
The Community is a public or semi-public forum; you should not post information you are not authorized to disclose.
Breezell has no confidentiality obligation with respect to information you voluntarily make public.
Disclosures required by law or regulation do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breezell from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your Community content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.
10. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability
The Community is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Breezell disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breezell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Community use.

Personal data related to Community participation is processed in accordance with Breezell’s Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and the content you post.
12. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
Breezell may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Community participation, subject to Breezell’s main Terms of Service.
